While the towels were a bit worn, they were still adequate. Another small downside was the time it took for the shower to get hot, especially for those staying on the top floor.

The area made for a perfect picnic spot with a view of the sea. It was also great being able to walk to Newquay central along the seafront in just 40 minutes. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

Lack of elevator.

The location was handy, close to everything I wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of cereals and a satisfying full English option. The dinner was reasonably priced, home-cooked, and brought back childhood memories. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. The bar on the premises was a great addition, offering a chance to socialize with the hosts and other guests. The views over the local beaches and stunning sunsets were awe-inspiring.
