We had an amazing stay at a guest house in a beautiful location. The house had a cosy yet grand feel, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The homemade breakfasts made with locally sourced ingredients were outstanding, and we didn't need to eat until the evening. The hospitality was exceptional, and the hosts thought of everything to make our stay perfect.

Excellent host team, including a father-daughter duo and a helpful husband. Relaxed environment with stunning surroundings. Attention to detail is evident. Extensive and delicious homemade breakfast. The rooms are meticulously clean and well-equipped with a great tea and coffee selection.

As party people, we loved the complimentary drinks, chiller fridge, and honesty box for snacks. The picturesque setting and warm welcome made our stay memorable.

We received excellent value for our money at Kiltearn Guest House. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely garden view. The location was peaceful and scenic, overlooking Cromerty Firth, and a short walk away from the charming village. The staff treated us like family, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

Breakfast selection could have been better with more variety.

The heated mattress topper was amazing. Nel and Ed were the sweetest hosts, providing helpful tips and a delicious breakfast. The location was beautiful and serene, offering a great escape from city life. The house had stunning views and the room was fab.
