The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise. Thank you to Kim at the front desk for her exceptional help and for securing a discount for my son's college affiliation. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown.

It was really clean and the housekeepers did a good job keeping us supplied with towels. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was fresh and comfortable. The staff were friendly and I also loved the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The separate areas for the bathroom and sink were a unique touch and I appreciated having an elevator in the hotel. The flowers hanging in front of the office gave the property a warm and welcoming feel.

The room at Red Roof Inn was exceptionally clean, and the staff members were friendly. We had a situation where we needed to extend our stay multiple times, and the staff, particularly Kimberle, went above and beyond to accommodate us and even help us use our free night reward. Kimberle's kindness and commitment made our stay much more enjoyable.

I had a great experience at Red Roof Inn. the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. the room was clean and quiet, with plenty of parking available. the hotel is conveniently located right off the Watterson and only a few exits away from the hospital where I needed to be. the hot water and water pressure were good, which was important to me. for a low-cost hotel, it provided a safe place for me to rest for a night or two and met all my needs.

The location was close to everything and only 10 minutes away from the Kentucky Exposition Center. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great customer service.
