the kings arms in berwick upon tweed never fails to impress me. the staff, many of whom are young, are always friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is tastefully refurbished with attention to detail. i highly recommend this establishment to everyone visiting the area.

My xmas at this hotel was fantastic! the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was key - right on the bus route to town which made it easy to explore the area. I also loved the great range of breakfast choices - there was something for everyone and the food was deliciously cooked.

There were a couple of negatives. parking during the day was a bit tricky as you could only park for an hour, but at night it was fine.

The hotel is perfectly located at the end of the town, making it convenient for exploring both the North of England and the South of Scotland. The spacious room provided ample wardrobe space and enough power sockets for all my devices. Additionally, the presence of a restaurant on-site was a nice option, although I preferred exploring the various dining choices nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's attention to detail in terms of maintenance could be improved. There were minor issues like a soap dish that kept falling off the wall and a temperamental shower temperature.

We had a great time staying in the centre of the town, close to all the historic sites. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the lovely cocktail bar where we spent our Friday night. The breakfast was delicious and there were vegan options available. a convenient location with excellent service and amenities.

The restaurant could have been cleaner with some dust and dirt on the surfaces.

Central location, large rooms, excellent staff, and great amenities. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Beautiful garden to relax in. Refurbished and quirky with a coffee shop and bar. Great value for money. Recommended for families and solo travelers.

This hotel has a great location right in the center of town, close to the historic walls. You can easily explore the shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, there is parking available nearby, so you won't have to worry about that.

From the friendly receptionist to the helpful chef and barman, everyone went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise from a nearby hand dryer that seemed to never stop. However, considering the overall positive experience I had at this hotel, it's a small detail that didn't affect my overall satisfaction.

Stayed at The Kings Arms for a few nights. Room size was excellent, with plenty of wardrobe space and a well-appointed bathroom. Despite the scaffolding outside, it didn't affect our stay. The hotel's central location was perfect, with everything we needed close by. The menu at the restaurant was extensive, with some unique and unexpected options. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was also top-notch, with a variety of options to choose from. a great experience.

The central position of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the area and visit nearby shops and attractions. The room sizes were generous and the hotel common areas were well-maintained. The recently refurbished rooms were comfortable and the on-site restaurant was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

There were some minor drawbacks such as strange layouts and ill-fitting fixtures in the rooms. The floors creaked and there were cooking odors from the kitchen that came through the back facing windows.
