We stayed at the Kings Head for our anniversary and had a fantastic time. The half board deal was a major plus, with delicious meals included. The massages were also a highlight. Our dog-friendly room was quiet and the entire hotel was incredibly welcoming to our furry friend. The location was perfect, right on the main street, and the building itself was magnificent. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant were top-notch. This is definitely the place to stay in town.

Staying here was fantastic! The location was perfect with so much to see and do close by. It was really convenient to have the option for dry cleaning and housekeeping service, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. The room was equipped with everything that I needed, including free Wi-Fi and amenities to make tea and coffee. The terrace and garden furniture was great for relaxing in the evening, and the staff have incredible customer service skills.

I would highly recommend this venue to family and friends. It was a shame that there wasn't much information provided and I noticed that a few staff members could use customer service training.

There are plenty of beautiful restaurants within walking distance, perfect for a delicious meal. Additionally, there are local cafes where you can enjoy a good breakfast for an affordable price. The hotel itself offers lovely rooms and the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There was some noise from adjacent rooms, which may disrupt your stay.

A Wonderful Weekend

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a picturesque town. From the moment we arrived, the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The spacious room with its comfortable bed and well-appointed en-suite made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the attached restaurant, where we savored delicious dishes like perfectly cooked Scallops with Chorizo and a flavorful Venison Chilli. The main course, Surf and Turf, was a culinary delight, with perfectly cooked Prawns and Scallops covered in a rich garlic butter, complemented by a beautifully cooked Rib-Eye Steak. Despite minor drawbacks such as a broken lift and a delay during breakfast, we couldn't help but appreciate the overall ambiance and the warm hospitality we received. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful weekend getaway.

The hotel's central location was perfect, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast menu offered a range of delicious cooked options, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

The hotel's location in the center of Cirencester was perfect for exploring the area. The recently refurbished hotel has combined traditional charm with a modern twist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spa facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The superior king room we booked was clean, modern, and had an incredibly comfortable bed.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we had no reason to complain.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was a great experience. the location was perfect for exploring the town and the rooms were exceptionally clean with all necessary amenities. What I loved most was that they offered complementary water, milk, and biscuits which were topped up daily. the reception staff was friendly and helpful in organizing activities in the area. the option for an apartment was great for privacy and space.

There were some aspects that were not as enjoyable. One morning, we were woken up early to the sound of the bin lorry as our room was located over the goods entrance.

We stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, with faultlessly clean and beautiful rooms. the staff were brilliant and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal at Made by Bob next door. the bed was super comfy, and we had a lovely shower room.
