My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. the location couldn't be better - just a few steps away from the stunning beach and right near some great restaurants and cafes. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And let me tell you, the attention to detail was impressive. The room had a super comfy bed that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. And last but not least, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My partner and I had a delightful weekend stay at this lovely guest house. The owners, Joe and Cath, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early when our room was ready, and the free parking was a great convenience. The room itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including complimentary bottled water, cookies, and tissues. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep with no disturbance from other guests. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast, which was cooked to order and served on linen tablecloths. we couldn't have asked for a better experience at Kingswinford Guest House.

We were blown away by the warm welcome and free parking voucher provided. The room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was gleaming and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The refreshments tray was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, along with fresh biscuits and bottled water. The breakfast was generous and delicious, served in a spotless kitchen with linen tablecloths. this guest house exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. I loved the extra touches like the complimentary water, biscuits, tissues, and hot chocolate. Having an iron and board, hot water bottle, and hairdryer in the room was extremely convenient. the breakfast was amazing and the hosts were wonderful. the location was great, with the beachfront, pier, and play park just a short walk away. it was excellent value for money and a truly enjoyable stay.

A little caution is needed with the electric shower as the water temperature can fluctuate. However, this was a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall positive experience at this guest house.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owners were extremely helpful and recommended a great restaurant just a short walk away, with stunning sea views. The hotel provided free passes for a nearby multi-storey car park, making parking hassle-free. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the seafront and within easy reach of cafes and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the shared fridge and tea/coffee facilities were very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and they even catered to my daughter's allergies. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
