I had a fantastic stay at the Vale. the room was lovely, with a super comfortable bed and great shower facilities. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs. the staff went above and beyond to assist us after our original plans fell through. Although there was no on-site parking, there was a safe and free car park just around the corner. the surrounding area had plenty of amenities, and I appreciated the fan provided in the room for added comfort.

The owners were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even gave us a ride to a wedding when we couldn't find a taxi. The room was lovely, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable night's sleep. The bed was super comfy too. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is conveniently located on a main road junction in the town center, making it easy to find food and taxis.

Good shower, delicious meals, and a beautifully kept building in an exclusive environment with luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs. This hotel is spotlessly clean with helpful and approachable staff. I loved the packed lunches and special diet menus that met my dietary requirements. the location advantages were multiple, with easy access to multiple parking areas, eateries, and scenic walks. There was only one minor issue - the room could be noisy at night. But despite this, the comfortable bed and room advantages more than made up for it. the service was exceptional, and the bar/lounge area's ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great staff! the food was outstanding, really good quality products with a wide selection. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean and well kept. the hotel was located in the middle of a nice little town, with a free public car park just a short 5-minute walk away. the building was old but had all mod cons in a beautiful environment. Offsite parking was available in various locations to make the trip more convenient.

Check-in was not an entirely smooth process. Waiting an extra 20 minutes wasn't a pleasant experience & entering through the spiral staircase was a bit nerve-wracking.

Management was great with communication. Clean, quiet room and comfortable bed. Proximity to a Thai restaurant was convenient. Loved my stay, they even upgraded my room for free. Really enjoyed it!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with friendly and welcoming staff. We appreciated the well-stocked bar, excellent food, and the convenience of a Thai restaurant on-site. The location was ideal for exploring the Cotswolds by car, and there was a lovely nearby nature reserve. We enjoyed that there were no issues with parking, as there was unlimited street parking right outside the hotel. The check-in process was hassle-free, as we were able to easily retrieve the key from the key safe and avoid going to reception. The hotel had flexible check-in and check-out times, which was convenient for us. We liked that the hotel was in an interesting area, with boats on the Thames and plenty of charm.
