The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The room had a lovely decor and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool and the friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station, making it easy to explore the city and visit main attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was well-presented and offered a variety of options. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. the free Wi-Fi worked well, allowing us to stay connected during our visit.

Although the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, there was no computer available for customer use.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being right opposite the main train station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and also saved us the hassle of finding parking. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with any requests or inquiries. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. From the tea making facilities to the excellent bathroom with twin beds, everything was well-equipped and made our stay comfortable.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Albi. The location was ideal, just across from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite a small issue with the toilet door not locking and the old-fashioned room key, these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel also offered free parking nearby, which was a bonus. The combination of a great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Albi.
