This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency recommendations, which I still remember. Definitely coming back for a holiday!

The location was great, just a short walk from a beautiful park. I had an issue with a persistent beeping that wasn't resolved, which made sleep difficult. I planned a special evening, but the experience was frustrating. Even with a lovely room, the service made the stay forgettable. As a single traveler, I value attention to detail, and I felt let down by the lack of responsiveness.

Big hype, little substance

Great location near Hyde Park and swift transport options! Yet, noise from nearby underground trains was relentless, compromising sleep quality. Room was cozy but compact, making movement difficult. Breakfast choices were acceptable but not exceptional. The friendly staff added warmth to the stay, though not enough to outweigh the disruptions.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The in-room Nespresso machine was a nice touch.

Exceptional service from Faycal and Sajad!

Upon arrival, I faced a significant cleanliness issue. Additionally, I noticed that the TV remote was dirty, making the lack of thorough cleaning very disappointing. Even though I addressed it with the staff after my first night, the problem remained uncorrected. This experience overshadowed the positives and left me frustrated during my stay.

But good luck with the bathroom sink. it's like it went to a slow-drain spa retreat! Also, navigating with 3 bags in a cozy room was like playing Tetris.

I stayed for three nights and loved the lovely shower and delicious breakfast! However, the small room and loud noise from other guests were disappointing.

I enjoyed the close proximity to transport options and the vibrant atmosphere of the area. However, noise from the underground made it hard to rest. One day, a friendly staff member noticed I didn’t like the music playing and quickly turned it off, which I appreciated. Despite small room spaces, I found my stay enjoyable overall. As a single traveler from New York, these little gestures meant a lot.
