The only negative aspect mentioned was the difficulty in finding a parking space due to the high demand during peak periods. However, the hotel provided alternative parking options just a few minutes away from the property.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the modern style and cleanliness of the hotel. The comfortable beds and spotless bedrooms made for a perfect stay. The breakfast was excellent and well cooked, and the bar prices were very reasonable. The location, between the central and south piers, was ideal, and being only fifty meters from the prom and tram stop was a major convenience. The staff, especially Scotty, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Our grandson wasn't feeling well, and Scotty even brought a water dispenser to our room for him. Highly recommended!

Close to a tram stop and the promenade, the location was perfect for exploring.

That the hotel was a bit further from the main attractions than I expected. It was a 20-minute walk to some of the main attractions and the tram was often too crowded to get on.
