We stayed at the Piazza Heritage Hotel for one night on a family trip. The property is in an excellent location, right in the center of old town, within walking distance to the RIVA promenade, restaurants, the Split Port. The staff at this hotel is wonderful, making everything easy and convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of items. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the bathroom was clean and modern.

We strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the action, right in the center of old Split. It is conveniently near the port where we arrived, making it easy to explore the city. The location is perfect for strolling along the promenade and experiencing the lively atmosphere of the Diocletian Palace. The rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

Some administrative facilities were a bit complicated, but it did not significantly affect our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the pedestrian old town, which makes it convenient for exploring the city on foot. the breakfast included was delicious, and we enjoyed sipping on the complimentary mineral water and trying the Croatian liquor in our room. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The hotel is not accessible by car, which made it difficult for us to get to the hotel with our luggage. the noise from the nearby restaurants at night made it hard to sleep.

Convenient location in the Old City with easy access to transportation and attractions. Clean, spacious rooms with pleasant views. Delicious breakfast and attentive restaurant service. Lovely bonus amenities in the room.

We had an incredible stay here! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the pedestrian-only area and in the center square of the city. The service was top-notch, with room service and excellent housekeeping. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tours. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar.

We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel had a great location, situated in the heart of the old town. We were just a short walk away from all the main attractions and the waterfront. the convenience of having everything within reach was a definite plus.

The lights in our room kept flickering, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Despite reporting the issue to the staff, it was not resolved effectively, resulting in a lack of rest during our trip.
