stayed at a beautiful manor in elstree, but this time was even better. delicious room service meal, stunning view from the window, and an impressive garden. the lady desk manager was wonderful and made our stay exceptional. can't wait to go back in 4 weeks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel in the Lake District. The location was absolutely stunning, with views of the garden and the surrounding area. The room I stayed in was well-presented, clean, and had a gorgeous outlook over the gardens. The staff were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, including a restaurant with superb dining options.

There was one aspect of the hotel that fell short of expectations.

Beautifully furnished with stunning views. Delicious and plentiful food. Delightful, spacious, and warm rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet lounge area for relaxation. The Afternoon Tea was delightful with a variety of tasty sandwiches, scones, tea, and mini cakes.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, wonderful food, beautiful building and grounds, convenient location near public transport.

We loved staying at this place! The location was wonderful, surrounded by lovely gardens and with great views of the London skyline. We really enjoyed taking walks around the area and the transport links were excellent. The service was top-notch, with the staff always trying their best to make our stay special. The room was clean and comfy, and the housekeeping was excellent. The amenities provided, like the in-room safe and ironing facilities, were really convenient. this hotel went the extra mile to provide a high-quality level of service.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable. The location was peaceful and the staff, especially Jo, were polite and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the property. The festive atmosphere added a lot of charm to our experience. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We were disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the rooms. Some maintenance issues were apparent, such as broken fixtures and worn-out furniture.

Had a lovely stay over Christmas at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was convenient, close to attractions and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The dinner on Thursday was a disappointment, with burnt and salty food.

The Manor Elstree offers a shisha lounge, great staff, and a convenient location for friends who enjoy going out at night.

What a great way to start the new year! The location was so convenient, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offering fantastic service and always with a smile. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views and well-equipped facilities in our room. Plus, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from.

There were some downsides. We were disappointed to find that there were no vegan options on the menu, which made it difficult for us to feel fully satisfied during our stay.

They left us a bottle of bubbles, chocolates, and a thoughtful card for my partner's birthday. The hotel had a beautiful Laura Ashley decor that added to the luxurious ambiance. The bar/lounge area and our bedroom were very comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind. The hotel is located in a lovely area, with wonderful mature gardens that provided great views of the London skyline. It was a delight to take a walk and enjoy the surroundings. The transport links were also excellent, making it convenient for us to explore different parts of the city.

The terrace offered stunning views, and I really enjoyed sipping on Tia Maria & orange juice - a delicious combination. The hotel's proximity to Wembley Stadium made it incredibly convenient for my travels. The rooms were well-equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, bottled water, and biscuits, and everything was very clean. The staff were always helpful and the breakfast was good. Despite the stairs, the hotel's beauty made it all worth it. I'm already looking forward to coming back with my husband to relax in the lovely surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the room service food arrived uncovered and there were issues with the breakfast service. These drawbacks, however, do not overshadow the overall positive experience at the hotel.
