Spent Easter at a hotel recently and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic hot food on offer, and the friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed to unwind and relax.

The heating in the room was also lukewarm, despite having the radiator on full blast. And the bathroom was a bit of a letdown with dirty glasses and a poorly grouted shower area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a separate living area, which was great for organizing my belongings before my departure. The restaurant had an extensive menu, and the breakfast, although buffet style, was always hot and delicious. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to Edinburgh airport and the Kelpies. Additionally, there were frequent buses that stopped right outside the hotel, making transportation to Falkirk for rail links easy.

Additionally, the hotel is close to various restaurants and bars, allowing guests to easily venture out for meals and entertainment. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. One highlight was the large restaurant, which not only catered to residents but also attracted locals with its high-quality food.

All in all, I found everything to be satisfactory during my stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel for a wedding and had a great experience. The staff at the hotel, from the moment I checked in to the lovely ladies who served breakfast, were all fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the hotel provided good parking. The food was also delicious, with a nice selection on the menu. it was a pleasant and well-organized stay.

The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The restaurant was a highlight, with delicious and plentiful food. The waitstaff were excellent and always made sure we were well taken care of. The bathroom in our room had been modernized and the power shower was a great addition. our experience was enjoyable and we would highly recommend this place.
