We had an amazing experience at a resort in Ito, where we were greeted by name and treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The staff was top-notch and made sure every detail was taken care of. The room was magnificent, especially the beautiful garden and personal hot spring bath. The dining experience was exceptional, with a variety of delicious cuisines to choose from. The property itself was tranquil and filled with beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience. the amenities were exceptional, with a private open, air bath in the room and a spa centre. the staff provided exemplary service, going above and beyond to fulfill any needs. the restaurant served delicious Japanese and French cuisine, with a special diet menu available. the location advantages of being close to the train station made it easy to access.

There was only one minor issue. the Wi, Fi in the room did not work well but the hotel provided a mobile phone as a personal hotspot, which worked sufficiently.

Had the best xmas experience at this ryokan. the staff were amazing and always helpful. the fact that they served both Japanese and French cuisines was amazing, my taste buds were in heaven. the private onsen bath was just what I needed after a long day. the location near the beach and mountains gave me a chance to explore the best of both worlds.

The wifi in my room was not working well, but having the option to use their mobile phone as a personal hotspot was a great alternative. the decor was a bit tired and could use some renovation.

The lobby area is in need of renovations, with worn-out carpet and visible dirt in the toilet bowl.
