We had an amazing experience at a resort in Ito, where we were greeted by name and treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The staff was top-notch and made sure every detail was taken care of. The room was magnificent, especially the beautiful garden and personal hot spring bath. The dining experience was exceptional, with a variety of delicious cuisines to choose from. The property itself was tranquil and filled with beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Had the best xmas experience at this ryokan. The staff were amazing and always helpful. The fact that they served both Japanese and French cuisines was amazing, my taste buds were in heaven.
