I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It has a great location right in the centre of Chester, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions on foot. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was large, spacious, and well-equipped with various amenities such as a fridge, kettle, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the room was also a bonus. I was impressed with the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction when they went above and beyond to compensate for a minor inconvenience caused by one staff member. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and worth the price.

They were polite, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many attractions and right next to a shopping center. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

the cleanliness of our room was not up to standard. We found some hair in the bed and had to give the room a quick clean ourselves.

The check-in process was quick and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room for free.
