The hosts were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. the room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. What impressed me the most was their response to an issue with the hot water. They offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. I can't praise the hosts enough for their exceptional service and I would definitely book with them again. 😊
