The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even surprised us with roses, champagne, and chocolates in our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked, and perfectly done. The hotel is in a great location, close to Sandringham and other historic homes like Holkham Hall. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the well-kept garden and beautiful views of the countryside, were exceptional. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the easy access to transportation to nearby places of interest. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful experience.

Sue and Mike were also a wealth of information about the surrounding area and places of interest, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

We were greeted warmly by Mike at Linden and offered refreshments upon arrival. the room, Ash, was modern, clean, and had a stunning view of the well-kept garden. We had everything we needed and more, including tea/coffee making facilities, a hair dryer, TV, and even an iPod docking station. the bathroom was fantastic with a walk-in shower and quality bathroom products. We had a comfortable night's sleep in a large bed, and breakfast was delicious and beautifully cooked. a wonderful experience at Linden Bed & Breakfast.

They went out of their way to suggest local places to eat and drink, making my experience even more enjoyable. the room I stayed in, called the Oak room, was immaculate and the double bed was large, firm, and extremely comfortable. the bathroom was spacious with a great shower that even had the option to pre-heat the water. the cleanliness of the entire place was spot on. the breakfast served in the morning was superb, providing a perfect start to the day. the location was also great, being just a short drive away from the beautiful coastal towns of Hunstanton and Brancaster. it was an excellent base for exploring the north coast of Norfolk.
