The hotel is conveniently located right in the town centre, close to everything. The room was nice and modern, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The staff were accommodating, providing a plug-in heater when the heating didn't work. The shared kitchen area and communal room were also great facilities.

The room could have been cleaner, with used towels and unfinished tea left behind.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The newly refurbished building offered large and comfortable rooms. The room I stayed in had a sofa and a little table with chairs, making it very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels were of excellent quality. The shower was lovely and the entire room was clean and new. The hotel's location on the pedestrian street was perfect, as it was in the center of town and close to everything. I especially appreciated the free parking available nearby from 4:30pm to 10am, which made it convenient for me as I ventured out during the day. The staff, particularly Selwyn, made the checking-in process seamless and provided all the necessary information. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate my mother's mobility issues. The room was stunning with modern amenities and a lovely view. The location was superb, surrounded by charming cafes, pubs, and restaurants. The family room and small kitchen were perfect for traveling with children. The newly refurbished building had spacious and comfortable rooms, with a cozy sitting area. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location was ideal, close to the castle and a GREAT pub. Check-in was seamless, and free parking was available. Highly recommended for a superb stay.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia impeccabile nel l'appartamento e la disponibilità del proprietario. Gli interni erano moderni e ben curati, con l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze per un comfort ottimale. Inoltre, il parcheggio privato è stato molto conveniente per noi. La posizione del hotel è stata comoda, a pochi passi sia dal mare che dal centro di questa città vibrante. Il personale è stato cordiale e professionale.

We loved staying at this newly refurbished building right in the heart of the historic town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a lovely sofa and seating area. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the castle and the popular Black Boy Inn. We also appreciated the free parking in the area during certain hours. it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again.

The staff at Llety Arall were like family to us during our stay. They were always there to help and nothing was too much trouble.
