The location of this hostel was absolutely stunning, with deer wandering right next to the property. the view of the loch from our bedroom was breathtaking. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the duvets were really snug. the hostel had a spacious kitchen, dining area, and lounge, which created a great atmosphere for meeting and chatting with other guests. We also appreciated that the hostel was dog, friendly.

One thing that could have improved our experience was the presence of phones and other technical devices in the common areas. It would have been nice to have a designated space where these devices were not allowed, creating a more relaxed and communication, focused environment.

The hostel overlooked a stunning loch and we were lucky enough to see deer up close. Our room was spacious and even had a table and chairs, perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well-equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel was clean and well-kept, and our dog enjoyed the holiday too, with plenty of nearby walks. The only downside was the lack of shops or pubs open in the village on the day of our stay. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and dog-friendly accommodation in a stunning setting.

The location of Lochranza Youth Hostel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views that took my breath away. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, laundry, and drying room. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hostel had a great vibe and offered not only hostel accommodation but also family rooms. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hostel to others.

The hostel provided frozen meals for us to cook in the self-catering kitchen microwave, which was convenient. The rooms were modern and the showers were hot and powerful. The continental breakfast had plenty of options for hungry cyclists. The view of Lochranza Castle outside the grounds was beautiful. The hostel is also well located for catching the ferry to continue our trip. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable stay in a stunning location.

I had a fantastic stay in Lochranza! The hostel is spotless and the staff were very hospitable. The location is perfect, right by the Loch and close to the ferry terminal. The scenery around the area is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of wildlife to see and lots of various activities to do on the island. The kitchen is well laid out and there is plenty of space and storage for food. They also provide basic food items for purchase, which was convenient. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The hostel also has internet access and a TV lounge.
