The staff at Lazzoni Hotel were incredibly professional and polite, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. They surprised us with a birthday cake and arranged transportation and a night full of surprises when there was a misunderstanding at the restaurant. The facilities were excellent, including the Hamam and hair salon. The free shuttle bus to popular destinations was very convenient, and taxis were also readily available. The terrace restaurant had breathtaking views and the breakfast was amazing with a wide range of options, including homemade omelettes.

I recently stayed at Lazzoni for a week-long trip. From the moment I stepped into the luxurious lobby, I was impressed by the exceptional service and facilities. The breakfast buffet was a dream, with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious food. Setareh, one of the morning staff, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided us with helpful city tips. The spa and pool area were fantastic, and our room was kept immaculately clean by the kind Nargul.

We stayed in this venue and were impressed by the location, situated in a nice quiet area called Sutluce, with easy access to all the interesting places around the Golden Horn area. The room service was excellent, and we were provided with everything we needed, including car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The amenities in the room were remarkable, such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast, and the staff at the restaurant and breakfast service were very welcoming. There is also a spa center with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and treatment rooms.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the helpful staff, everything was perfect. The Spa & wellness centre was amazing, with a wide variety of treatments available, including body scrubs, massages, and Turkish baths. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city. In addition, the restaurant served an amazing buffet breakfast with a range of options to suit every diet.

The location was not the best for us as we prefer to walk than take taxis everywhere. This hotel was a bit far from the main areas, and we had to wait quite a while for the shuttle bus to arrive.

I recently stayed at Lazzoni Hotel for 12 days with my son. The hotel was super clean and well-maintained, from the top-floor balcony restaurant to the bottom spa. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Yasemin, the best planner ever, who organized all our tours and made my wife's birthday special. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of food served at our table. I also had a fantastic massage and hamam experience with Desi at the spa. a wonderful experience at Lazzoni Hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful in every way. The rooms were very clean and spacious with lovely smells. The 6th-floor restaurant provided delicious food with stunning views. The spa zone was luxurious with a free pool. The location allowed easy access to the city's attractions.

The hotel has a great location with a stunning view of the hill nearby. Though not too many restaurants are available at the seaside, it's perfect for those who want to stay in the less crowded and tranquil part of the city. Shopping malls are also within easy access. The rooms are elegantly decorated, and the bathroom is quite spacious with all the necessary toiletries. The housekeeping team is professional, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

Some of the front desk staff members can be a bit rude and unhelpful, which can be frustrating for guests.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. The plush surroundings and beautiful chandeliers added a touch of elegance to the experience. The rooms were stunning with a super big and comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the sofas on the 6th floor, where I also had the most amazing tiramisu. The staff was exceptional, especially the slim girl with long black hair in the restaurant who provided exceptional service and was a delight to interact with. it was an elegant, classy, and professional experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area, slightly outside the main areas, with all the interesting places nearby. The staff is friendly, and the rooms have an amazing view of the Golden Horn Gulf, as well as basic amenities. The breakfast is included and has local specialties with a golden horn view.

No negative aspect to mention, as everything was great.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff provided great service. The location was perfect for accessing many tourist attractions. The daily spa service offered a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The room was not as clean as we would have hoped and housekeeping did not seem to clean it thoroughly. the shuttle service provided was inconveniently scheduled and the staff was not very helpful in finding alternative transportation options.
