I had a great experience during my new year stay. the hotel was located near popular museums and just a few blocks away from the tube, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. the concierge level provided a nice breakfast and happy hour, adding extra value to my stay. the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

There were a few drawbacks. the parking was very limited and public, which made it a bit inconvenient.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the view from our room was disappointing, as it overlooked a brick wall, making the room quite dark.

The breakfast at this hotel is amazing! There's a wide variety of delicious food options and the quality is top-notch. The chef even takes special requests and can make personalized omelettes and pancakes. They really know how to please their guests!

The check-in process was chaotic and slow, leaving my partner and me waiting for hours in the atrium. the breakfast buffet was cold and unappetizing.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was brilliant. The location is perfect for visiting museums, all within walking distance. The staff were amazing, going over and above to provide excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, not too far from the Tube and located in a nice area. I loved that there were shops and restaurants within walking distance and there was even a bridge that went over the road which was kind of cool. The room amenities were excellent, providing ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a turndown service. I also appreciated the dining options available, including in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area. The staff were great, managing to provide a couple extra hot chocolate sachets on request. The leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and sauna, were also a nice touch.

This hotel is great for families, in fact, I would definitely recommend it! However, the staff could have been more welcoming rather than staring like a security guard.

marriott definitely lived up to its reputation. after a disappointing stay in london before, i was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff. the spacious family room exceeded my expectations, and the clever architecture kept the noise from the busy street outside at bay.
