We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making sure our late arrival and early departure were not a problem. The food was excellent and the parking was plentiful. We even got an upgraded room due to storm damage, which was comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended for those who need to take off early!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Longmead House. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. the owners, Henry and Lauren, were incredibly hospitable and attentive. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with delicious homemade bread, jam, and marmalade. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad. the location of the house was also ideal, and we loved exploring the surrounding area.

Oh my goodness, the marmalade at this place is out of this world! 🍊 also, the location for exploring valley of the rocks was perfect. A drawback was the slightly small room size, but everything else was top-notch.

Text: We were pleasantly surprised when the owner, Lauren, arranged for a special birthday treat during our stay at Longmead House. The homemade cake waiting in our room was a delightful touch. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable birthday getaway.

Stayed here over Easter and had a great time. Room was spacious, clean and had a great selection of tea. the hosts were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, recommending some great restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and we loved the homemade bread. the location was perfect for exploring the local woods and cliffs.

Only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and cramped and there weren't enough coat hangers in the room.
