The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing enhanced comfort. We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely dessert plate sent up to our room. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a good area with easy access to nearby attractions. The amenities in the room, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities, were of high quality. We also enjoyed the on-site dining options, with a delicious restaurant and a bar/lounge area offering a great selection of drinks. The hotel's special diet menus were a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the hotel provided tours/ticket assistance for those looking to explore the area.

Great location, very convenient. the room was quite clean, which I appreciated. the hotel had a nice bar, which is always a plus.

It made it really difficult to keep organized, especially since I was there for a few days. the outside of the hotel was quite messy with scaffolding all around the adjoining building.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on Lord Street is perfect, right in the heart of a good area. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Jack at reception and Chris in the bar. They made us feel so at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning on hot days. The hotel also has fantastic facilities like a sun terrace and a leisure/TV room, which added to our overall enjoyment. The service here was outstanding, from the room service to the housekeeping. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

There's not much to fault about this place. We would have liked some more drawer space in our room, especially if we were staying for an extended period.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with luxurious crushed velvet furnishings and a modern shower. The spacious wardrobe and dresser table were great for storing our belongings. We enjoyed the big TV and fresh towels provided each night. The complimentary tea, coffee, and biscoff biscuits were a nice touch. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced with a good selection. The staff were extremely helpful, promptly resolving any issues we had. we had an amazing stay for our anniversary weekend and would definitely return.

My recent stay at The Lord Street Hotel was simply amazing! The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the train station and the beach. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless and had all the modern amenities I needed. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Auntie Claudia at the reception, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She even upgraded my room for free to ensure I had the best experience possible. The hotel bar had a friendly atmosphere, and the restaurant across the road served delicious food. I cannot recommend The Lord Street Hotel enough for anyone visiting Southport. It exceeded all my expectations!
