The Quality Inn in New Columbia exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived late after a Penn State Football game. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. the staff was friendly and the check, in and check, out process was easy. the location was convenient for visiting Bucknell University, as it was only a 10, 15 minute drive away.

The hotel only had double beds in the rooms, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for queen beds. Additionally, there was no elevator in the building we stayed in, so we had to navigate several flights of stairs with our luggage.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn in New Columbia for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel staff was friendly, quick, and accommodating. I loved the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. The lighting in the room was good and I really enjoyed the Golden Malt waffle batter and iron at the breakfast room - definitely the best waffle I've had at a hotel. The pool was also very nice and we had a great time in the gameroom playing Ms. PacMan. it was a pleasant stay with several positive features.
