From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and jaw-dropping charm of this coastal guest house. Our super spacious room and mind-blowing ensuite bathroom were the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the secret gem of a town. The delicious breakfast, with options ranging from a full Scottish feast to a light bite, left us feeling energized for our day ahead. The free wi-fi, on-site car park, and flat-screen TV were great perks, and being just steps away from the stunning beach and a variety of activities like cycling, fishing. The continental breakfast was a delightful touch and the beach access was a dream. The non-smoking property and no-pets policy ensured a fresh and comfortable environment. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

the hosts at lossiemouth's guest house were excellent, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the cozy and clean rooms had comfy beds, a lovely bathroom, and high-quality toiletries. the breakfasts were delicious and cooked to perfection. we can't wait to stay here again!

Located just a short walk from the beach, this B&B offers a great base for exploring the area. the breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from, and the owners were friendly and welcoming.

The shower in the room was outdated and had poor water flow, making for an unpleasant experience. the decor was a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

The homemade jams and scrambled eggs were simply outstanding. I was also amazed by the size, cleanliness, and appearance of my room. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the tastefully decorated rooms and spotless cleanliness. The homemade and locally sourced touches added a special touch to our stay. The full Scottish breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially accompanied by the homemade apple juice with ginger and marmalades.

We felt super comfortable during our stay and appreciated that nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.
