Stunning upgrade to a queen room that exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and made our stay truly enjoyable. The whole hotel had a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The majority of the staff were excellent and provided great service. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations and was excellent.

There were some minor drawbacks, such as a slow service at breakfast and a long wait for our food. However, the issue was resolved the following morning with improved service and food quality.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with shops and restaurants nearby and popular attractions within walking distance. The hotel facilities, including the spa area, are well-maintained and offer a luxurious experience. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, with the housekeeping team doing an excellent job. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service.

The hotel offered great facilities, super staff, and comparatively good value. The Spa was very good, and the food was superb. The grounds, while needing a bit more maintenance, were delightful. The hotel's position close to the centre of Bath was a real treat.

Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.

Located in a sprawling Victorian garden, we enjoyed taking walks around the grounds. The hotel was situated close to the city centre, with Pultney Bridge only a short stroll away. Our room had a stunning view of the garden and was equipped with modern amenities.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Macdonald. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, surrounded by well-kept grounds. Our room had a lovely view of the gardens and the spa facilities were great. The short walk into town was pleasant. a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at Macdonald in Bath for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk into town through the park and over Pulteney Bridge. The room and bathroom were spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The highlight was the lovely spa with great facilities, especially the outdoor pool. Additionally, one evening we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant, thanks to the excellent restaurant manager who made the experience truly enjoyable.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and relaxation. the Spa & wellness centre offers exclusive amenities such as a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and steam room. the full body massage was exactly what I needed to unwind. the Spa lounge is beautifully designed and the staff provides impeccable service. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace have a stunning view of the lush garden area, perfect for a refreshing dip. the restaurant offers a special diet menu and the bar/lounge area serves delicious cocktails.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the treatment room, which felt a bit small and cramped. It may be difficult for those with mobility issues to move around the room comfortably.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel with beautiful grounds and a comfortable, spacious room. the bathroom was lovely, and the location was key for our travel itinerary. We enjoyed two complementary facts and one more advantage that made the holiday even more special.

The dinner was overpriced, and we only had two options available from the menu. the service was slow with long wait times, and staff seemed understaffed.
