We absolutely loved this place! The location right at the riverbank, overlooking the famous RSC, was just breathtaking. We were in the center of all the amenities and attractions, making it so convenient to explore the city. The room itself was luxurious and spacious, with a balcony and lovely garden furniture. The staff, especially Kate the general manager, were incredibly friendly and made our anniversary one to remember. The hotel provided excellent service with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and a welcome drink. We also appreciated the amenities such as the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. we had a fantastic experience.

We stayed at the Swans Nest hotel for a couple of nights while attending the RSC plays. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the river to the theater. The room was spacious with a huge king-sized bed and a large bathroom with a separate shower and a waterproof TV by the bath. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. a lovely hotel experience.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, right on the river with lovely views. It's just a short walk to the town centre, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fridge that we could use to chill our drinks. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we even got a welcome drink on arrival. a very pleasant stay.

We did notice that the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at breakfast, but it wasn't a big issue. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room facilities were overall very good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant and bar were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast in Le Bistro Pierre was excellent, with a good selection of hot food from the menu. The Bear bar had a great variety of beers and the outside seating was perfect for enjoying the warm weather. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a short walk over the river to the RSC and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

We were disappointed with the breakfast experience. We paid extra for breakfast but were told they didn't have the kippers we ordered on two separate days.

What a wonderful stay at the Swan's Nest in Stratford! We were in town to see a show at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the hotel's location was perfect - we could walk everywhere, including to the theatre and the center of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and our deluxe double room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was heavenly and the small fridge in the room was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a meal at Lambs restaurant. Highly recommended! 100% recommend this hotel.

It was also near the center of Stratford, making it easy to explore the shops and other amenities. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being immaculate and well-maintained. The staff were also excellent, providing great service throughout my stay. Another positive aspect was the breakfast, which was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
