I had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse. The reception staff were exceptional - friendly and informative, they made me feel very welcome. My room was perfect, well-decorated and modern, with everything I needed. The bathroom was brilliant, and the whole hotel screamed quality and class. The location was great, close to train stations and all the major sights. The free wifi was also a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and excellent facilities.

Front Desk Upgrade

I arrived early for check-in and my room wasn't ready, but Sylvia at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She gave me an upgrade to a spacious suite, which was available immediately. I appreciated her professionalism and the extra space to get ready for my lunch appointment. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were excellent, comfortable, and clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay. the service, location, and rooms made our experience here top-notch.

The room was let down by the uncomfortable and poorly assembled beds. It was a frustrating experience to keep falling into the gap in the middle of the two single beds pushed together.
