Great host and the room was immaculate, breakfast was perfect and was booked by filling a choice form in - great idea. I appreciated the relaxation, especially at Tower Museum which is not far and offered a serene atmosphere for unwinding. Exploring landmarks like Royston Cave and Therfield Heath nearby added a cultural touch to our family trip, enhancing our bonding experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! the location is perfect, within walking distance of the city centre, making it super convenient to explore the area. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. the breakfast served was delicious and really set the tone for a great day ahead. the beds were comfy, and the room was spotless - a perfect haven to unwind after a day of adventures. I loved the convenience of having a kettle and tea in the room, it's the little things that make a big difference.

If I had to highlight one thing that could be improved, it would be the need for better ventilation in the rooms. During warmer nights, it could get a bit stuffy even with the windows open, so perhaps having a fan available would be a great addition.

The family-friendly atmosphere at "Hotel Triplets Entertainment" made our children feel right at home, with welcoming hosts and a delicious breakfast spread. the convenient location near town and clean facilities made our stay a breeze.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would enhance the family experience.

Just stayed at a B&B within walking distance to the city center. the rooms were cozy but missing private showers. the staff provided top-notch service. Would come back! Photos don't do justice, though.
