The reception staff at Malmaison were incredibly helpful and efficient. They quickly resolved an issue with our room and even upgraded us to a better one. the staff provided excellent customer service.

Despite some minor issues, such as black mold in the shower and a stained valence on the bed, the cleanliness of the room was reasonable. The bed itself was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Loved the room - spacious and well-equipped with luxurious extras. The front garden area was a lovely spot to relax and have a drink. The bathroom was stylish and the shower was fantastic. The food at the brasserie was delicious, with a great menu to choose from for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect location, just a short taxi ride away from bars and restaurants.

Some rooms may have a less desirable view, such as overlooking a construction site, which can be noisy and obstruct the scenery.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in the smarter area of the city, and we felt like true VIPs being near the staff only areas. The service here was exceptional, from the friendly and welcoming staff at the reception desk to the attentive waiters in the restaurant. They even accommodated our special menu requests for our eldest child. The room was spacious and filled with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere, and the food was superb. We especially loved the chateaubriand en croute - it was one of the finest meals we've ever had!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and it was easy to get into town and back onto the motorway. The atmosphere of the hotel was gorgeous, with squishy couches that were extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they sorted out any issues we had promptly. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and toiletries provided were great, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again.

The only recommendation we have is for better extraction in the bathroom. However, we would highly recommend this place to our friends without hesitation.

Got some complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival which was nice. the hotel was in a great location- near lots of shops and restaurants in the city. Also the room was pretty neat, with a great view from the window.

The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely terrible and quite expensive. To make it worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unresponsive.

My husband and I stayed at Malmaison for a few nights after our wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. We had the pleasure of staying in the Dunotter Suite which was incredibly beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and the separate living area was a great feature. The bathroom was a highlight, with a luxurious roll top bath and double drench showers. And let's not forget the balcony with its breathtaking views of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we particularly appreciated Simon at the front desk who was always friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious and made to order. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

The staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and attended to. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the main road. I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was prepared with high-quality produce and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.
