I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! It was right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the fantastic attractions and restaurants nearby. The comfortable beds and plush pillows provided a great night's sleep. The room was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even received a special surprise in my room for a special occasion. this place truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being right next to the Mail Box and within walking distance of other attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception team to the cleaners. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything I needed and more. The hotel offered a range of services and amenities, including room service, laundry, and a well-equipped spa and wellness center. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of fizz I received to celebrate my birthday. my experience at this hotel was memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the staff were generally friendly and helpful, there were a couple of instances where the service fell a bit short. One of the bar staff forgot to bring me a second drink, and when my wife and I ordered tea and toast, the staff member who brought it didn't bother to clear away our used bowls or place the toast centrally between us.

I had an excellent stay at Malmaison. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the train station, made it incredibly convenient for us. We were warmly welcomed at reception, and even though we arrived early, our room was ready for us. The bar was a highlight of our stay - it had a great atmosphere and I could have stayed there all night. The room was lovely and decorated beautifully, and I had the best night's sleep ever. The breakfast selection was awesome, and the staff made sure we had everything we wanted. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Malmaison to others.

While the hotel showed signs of age and could use some TLC, such as chipped wardrobe doors and scuffed paintwork, it didn't significantly impact our stay. There were some minor maintenance issues, such as a sink that didn't drain properly and a shower head that didn't stay in place, but maintenance wasn't available on a Sunday to fix them.

Afternoon Tea: We had pre-booked afternoon tea at Malmaison and they were very accommodating of our dietary needs. As vegetarians, they offered us a delicious bagel with cream cheese and cucumber instead of the salmon. Although they had already made the bagels, they took the salmon off for us. The only issue was that the bagel still had a slight salmon taste and the bread was slightly pink. However, when we complained, they were understanding and even gave us a discount.
