The location was excellent, with easy access to popular attractions and the South Bank. the in, hotel breakfast was a good value for the area, and the concierge was knowledgeable and helpful, even printing out tickets for attractions.

The check, out process was chaotic, which was expected, but still inconvenient. the mini, bar in the room was not replenished and contained open food and drinks from a previous guest, which took multiple attempts to rectify.

The room was spacious, clean, and presented well. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the underground and major landmarks. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities, including the spa, were excellent.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was right in front of a metro station and a bus stop for the 148 bus to Buckingham Palace. Plus, it was just a short walk to the pier to see the sea world aquarium and London Eye. The service and amenities were top-notch, including room service, laundry services, tours/ticket assistance and tea and coffee facilities in our room. We even had access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi in the leisure spa and wellness centre.

Recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience, no complaints whatsoever.

I had such a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely fantastic, with so many attractions within a 20-minute walk. And being right across the underground station made it super easy to explore the city. The staff provided amazing service from start to finish, responding to all of our requests and making sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was so comfortable, with a really comfy bed and blackout blinds that helped me get a great night's sleep. Plus, the modern lighting system was a cool touch, allowing me to create the perfect mood in the room. the service and quality of this hotel were top-notch.
