The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service.

The restaurant offered delicious afternoon tea, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries. The shower was powerful and easy to use. this hotel provided all the facilities and amenities we needed, and it was perfect for people like us who enjoy karaoke and casinos!

The steak I ordered for dinner was very tough and hard to eat. the standard double room facing the street was noisy and made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at Malmaison in Manchester. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Edna who provided excellent service. The breakfast was consistently brilliant, and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and overall satisfying. Good option for a stay in central Manchester, conveniently located next to the train station. Friendly reception staff exceeded our expectations. Breakfast selection was excellent and dinner in the restaurant was more than adequate. Convenient for exploring the city on foot. Excellent service throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I have to say that it was an incredible experience. The location was fantastic as it was very close to the train station, which made it extremely convenient for me. The staff were very friendly and approachable, always willing to help regardless of my request. The room amenities were impressive and exceeded my expectations, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. The in-room breakfast was delicious and the dining restaurant served excellent food. The bar/ lounge area provided the perfect setting for a relaxed evening and I was welcomed with a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch.

I found my stay here to be very enjoyable. There were no negatives that I can think of and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.
