The hotel had great staff who went out of their way to help, like returning a valuable item I left in the room. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, unlike most hotel gyms. The restaurant served excellent food and had attentive staff.

The corridors were freezing, making it uncomfortable to walk around. The breakfast service in the executive lounge was dire, with missing cutlery and plates.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport for a quick getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with a safe and even a Nespresso machine for a quick caffeine fix. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a pool and bar, which made for a relaxing stay.

That the decor and carpets in the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of a refresh.

The location couldn't have been more convenient, as it was within walking distance of the airport terminals. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I loved the little extras that were provided, such as the tea and coffee facilities and the in-room safe. The hotel also had a wonderful pool and spa area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I especially want to commend Meagan at the front desk and Marcus and Claudia in the restaurant for their exceptional service. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a luxurious and comfortable stay near the airport.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the receptionist I encountered seemed a bit grumpy and inexperienced in customer service. Additionally, there was a slight hiccup with our taxi reservation for an early morning flight, but the staff quickly rectified the situation and we didn't have to wait too long for a taxi.

I stayed at the Marriott Manchester Airport for a family event and it was perfect. The hotel was comfortable and well furnished, and the restaurant, San Marco, was excellent. The staff, including Stacey, Jorge, and Michal, were brilliant and friendly. The breakfast was perfect for the whole family. The hotel is a good value compared to others in the area and the room was perfect for our family. the staff displayed excellent customer service and care. Highly recommended.

Finding our way to the room was like navigating through a maze, better signage and directions would have been helpful. there were some minor inconveniences such as limited lifts and staircases, cash not being accepted for check-in, and charges for parking.

The Marriott Delta hotel provided a very convenient location for my early morning flight. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the delicious burger and salted caramel ice-cream from the hotel's restaurant. Despite a few minor setbacks, my stay was overall enjoyable.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the cot request. Despite asking for it before my arrival and at check-in, it never arrived in my room.
