Nothing it was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Greenbank Lodge! The value for money was great, with a good-sized room and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Breakfast delights, but could have had a better variety of pastries.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the facilities in the room, including the bathtub and separate shower. The room also had a separate living room and bedroom, which provided extra space and comfort. the bed was very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I found the decor in the room to be a bit tired, and the mattress on the twin beds was not the most comfortable, as springs could be felt through them. Some bathroom fixtures were also a bit loose, and there was no soap dish or holder.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Manorhaus. Upon arrival, Alan warmly welcomed me and showed me to my beautifully designed room with a lovely view of the town and hills. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the option of both a bath and a shower, both of which were fantastic. The personal touches, like the coffee in the room, made me feel right at home. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, and cooked items. a great experience.

It is worth mentioning that the hotel does not have its own car park, but they provide a permit for nearby pay and display car parks. There was also some construction happening in the car park next door, which was a minor inconvenience.

The sitting area in the room was comfortable and the facilities were clean. The entry process was easy with clear instructions. The hotel was a lovely modernized older building, which added character to our stay. The location was great, with beautiful views and easy access to the town center.

There were a few downsides to our stay. our room was located below a noisy family room, which disturbed us late into the night.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located in the heart of Llangollen, close to all the attractions and the town centre. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a bath tub, and offer extensive views across Llangollen and even have fireplaces.

I loved staying at this cozy apartment in a great location. It was comfortable and dog-friendly, perfect for pet owners like me. The staff was prompt in fixing any issues, such as the hot water problem, which impressed me. The surrounding area, with its fabulous walks and friendly Welsh people, made my stay even more enjoyable. There were also plenty of dog-friendly places to eat nearby. I can't wait to come back in the summer!

I had an amazing stay in a comfortable room close to the town centre. The manager was very accommodating and the service was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, with a TV and a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel also had a bar area with board games and a rooftop jacuzzi with stunning views. a fabulous experience.

The jacuzzi area needed some tidying and cleaning.

We enjoyed the luxury features of the room, complimentary toiletries, fluffy bathrobes, and attentive service at Greenbank Lodge. The restaurant served fabulous food and the location was perfect. The original features and quirky decorations added character to the accommodation.

I had a wonderful experience at Greenbank Lodge and would definitely return.
