I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with Hyde Park and Oxford Street just a short walk away. There were plenty of Arabic restaurants, pharmacies, money exchange centers, and a supermarket nearby. The hotel staff provided great hospitality and were very friendly. The check-in process was excellent, and the room was comfortable with all the expected facilities. The pool and changing area were clean and tidy, and I had it all to myself when I went for a swim. The breakfast had a wide selection to satisfy different appetites. it was a fantastic experience.

Great hotel and top-notch service! The staff at the front desk were extremely competent and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was very convenient, within walking distance of two underground stations and close to Oxford Street. It felt like a safe neighborhood, even when we walked around at night. The hotel also had a fantastic pub called the Pickled Hen, where we enjoyed delicious food and excellent craft gins.

The slow and sometimes broken lifts. It was frustrating to wait for the lifts to arrive, especially when one of them was out of service.

The automated heating/AC system in our room was broken and produced strange and loud noises. Additionally, the windows seemed to have a problem with the button/close system, but we were able to manually close them.

the marriott hotel was a pleasant surprise during my recent stay in london. the staff went above and beyond with their superb service and the room was incredibly comfy. the convenient location allowed for easy shopping in oxford street and exploring the theater district. i will definitely be back soon.

I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect with lots of great places to explore around the area. The service was top-notch with very attentive staff that made sure my every need was met. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities I could ask for. I also loved the great food at the restaurant and had breakfast there every morning. And the room service was prompt and efficient.

The service at check-in could have been more welcoming and helpful. I also had some issues with the internet charges but they were sorted out eventually.
