As backpackers, we loved the variety of breakfast options, including cereals, toast, yoghurts. The on-the-go breakfast bag and contactless fresh brew coffee machine were a convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, adding to the enjoyable experience. The hotel's modern and minimalistic design, along with the lovely bar area, created a welcoming atmosphere. We appreciated being upgraded to cosy double rooms, which were neat and tidy with comfortable beds. The rooms even had Cornish coffee and bottles of water, providing extra convenience. Access to the lounge and front garden, with sun every day, was a great addition. The quality of food in both the morning and evening meals was excellent. And having access to fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. we were very impressed with the hotel and it has become our top choice for future visits to the area.

the staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel itself was comfortable. the room had the biggest bed I've ever seen and was equipped with all the small details to ensure maximum comfort. the continental breakfast was lovely, with a section for take away croissants and muffins. the customer service was excellent, particularly from James who couldn't do enough for us. it was a great experience and I would definitely visit again.
