The location of the hotel was great, with a lovely pub nearby called the Cheshire Cat for a visit. It was also convenient to take a taxi from the city centre. The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. the breakfast was enjoyable with a wonderful menu selection.

The hotel lacked drawers in the room, making it difficult to properly store our clothes.

This place is located just outside the city which makes it very quiet, perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. I had an amazing experience with the service staff as they were very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated their room service as it made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The garden furniture was a great addition to the terrace area where I enjoyed a relaxing cup of tea. Lastly, I loved the leisure spa & wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi that made my stay truly serene.

The staff were not very accommodating with one particular member being very rude when asked if I could warm my son's food. However, overall I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to spend some relaxing and quality time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Plus, our furry friend was welcome with an additional fee. a comfortable stay with great service and a good breakfast selection.
