The hotel's location in the Sydney North Shore area is perfect, close to shops, trains, and a wide variety of restaurants. We can't wait to return next year!

The location was fantastic in the heart of Chatswood city center, close to public transport and surrounded by numerous dining options. the spacious 57 sq m one-bedroom apartment was tastefully furnished, with a convenient office nook and ample power points. the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the on-site parking was very convenient.

The staff, especially the male receptionists, were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. despite a few minor hiccups like inconsistent air-conditioning and limited bathrobes, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations. I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

The coffee and muffins were a nice touch and it was great to have a kitchen to cook meals in. the location was spot on, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the apartment was well maintained.
