Difficult stair access leading to reception and rooms!!! Inadequate room maintenance, with poor bathroom conditions!!! External noise from bars nearby affects sleep quality!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is spotty at best!!! Room conditions inconsistent with online expectations!!!

Excellent location in a safe area.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The hot water in our room was barely a trickle, making it impossible to take a proper shower, and when I raised this issue with the receptionist, their indifference was frustrating. Additionally, there was no breakfast available despite my belief that I had paid for it, which felt like a significant oversight.

Had a great time with my friends! The place is in a prime location, making it easy to hit up Al-Corniche and check out Aladdin's Kingdom. The rooms were decent—clean and comfy. The staff were friendly, which made our stay even better. Definitely recommend it for groups looking for a budget-friendly spot.

Had a slightly warm night since we couldn't open the window and there was no AC in the room. Just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to heat.

Good place for budget travelers

Staying there was surprisingly delightful , the rooms were clean and comfy. I even got a free adapter from the reception when I forgot mine , which is a huge plus for us travelers.

the mermaid suite had an ideal location just off oxford street, making it perfect for shopping. the staff were incredibly helpful, providing assistance with my italian consulate issues. breakfast was simple but good, with freshly prepared toast and a nice selection of cereals.

the mermaid suite is just a hop away from oxford street which is dope for shopping n sightseeing easy to walk or take the tube the staff are super helpful and our room was tidy and spacious so plenty of space for the fam.
