the check-in process was most certainly a circus, I mean, who has time to wait on a couch? when i finally got my room, the heater was broken, how embarrassing! also, I expected a lovely welcome gift since I’m oh-so-special but instead got nothing. maybe next time? i almost felt generous enough to leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. I was greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a birthday treat in my room, which was a delightful surprise. The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll from Covent Garden and all the excitement it holds. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

service at check-in felt a bit rushed and impersonal. Once settled, I appreciated the attentive housekeeping and the delightful surprise of macaroons left in my room. The location's proximity to Covent Garden is unbeatable, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Malfunctioning air conditioning in several rooms, leading to discomfort!!! Noise disturbances from nearby events could really spoil your stay!!! A lack of adequate signage within the hotel makes navigation a hassle!!! Room sizes were surprisingly compact, not the luxury you might expect!!!

Had a spacious room with a big window that let in a lot of natural light,, which felt great during our stay. Also, the breakfast buffet was quite good,, with a decent variety of options that satisfied everyone in the family.

It wasn’t exactly affordable,, but still passable for what we got.

We really enjoyed the cozy vibe of our room, and the makeup mirror in the bathroom was a fun bonus. There were great options for relaxation with live entertainment and a lovely bar area to unwind in. My only nitpick would be that the bathroom could use a bit more space for hanging things up. 😊
