We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated our request to add an extra night without having to change rooms. The hot tub/jacuzzi was definitely a highlight of our stay. In terms of the breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of hot and cold food options available. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to downtown Indianapolis and conveniently located near I-74.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites in the West Indianapolis area for 3 nights. The woman who checked me in was incredibly competent and helpful, truly representing the brand well. The room was spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities I needed, like a microwave, fridge. What impressed me the most was the ability to completely shut off the heating and cooling system, which was a relief for my breathing issues. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area.

The housekeeper was also very accommodating and quickly provided me with extra towels and a blanket for the pull-out bed. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. The staff member, Valerie, was attentive and made sure that everyone had a great start to the day. The room itself was clean, well-furnished, and had all the necessary amenities. It even had a mini-Keurig coffee brewer with multiple K-cup options, which was a nice touch. I had a great stay and will definitely choose Comfort Suites again if I'm in the area.
