Comfortable room with tea and coffee facilities. Everything was very clean. the breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked options. Delia, our host, was welcoming and helpful, providing advice on dining options and even where to watch the football. the location offered peaceful views of the countryside.

The shower was feeble and the shower head couldn't be adjusted.

We loved the helpful hosts who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They provided directions, offered to drive us to the nearby venue, and even recommended a fantastic local pub for us to enjoy. The cleanliness of the entire house was also impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was perfect and served in a lovely dining room. The location offered beautiful views and we particularly enjoyed the dual aspect from our bedroom.

The location of this hotel is excellent, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to Exeter and other attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with en-suite bathrooms and hot showers. The breakfast options are delicious and varied, including a full English and other hot dishes. The owners are friendly and helpful, providing warm hospitality and recommendations for local restaurants.

One small downside is the lack of a clothes hook in the bathroom, which would be beneficial for hanging clothes or towels.

The breakfast was delicious and cooked perfectly. the dining room had a lovely atmosphere and the location was very nice. We liked that our bedroom had a dual aspect, providing a nice view.

It would have been helpful to have some brochures or information about local attractions and restaurants. Although Mrs Lambert was helpful in providing suggestions, having some recommendations readily available would have been more convenient.

I had a great experience at a lovely place called Mill Farm Villa. the hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They even offered me a pot of tea on arrival and took the initiative to research my destination for me. the breakfast in the morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and a nice extra cup of coffee. the rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable, and I woke up to stunning views. it was a wonderful stay.
