We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Checking in was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The temperature was just right, and it was very quiet, making it easy for us to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of options. Checking out was also a breeze. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting all parts of west London. It is easy to get to, close to the local overground and underground stations, and provides easy access to all the sights in this city. The staff went above and beyond to help us, from helping us book an extra night to assisting with our luggage.

The hotel provides top-notch services like car hire, 24-hour room service, and bell staff. The extra amenities in the room were impressive like ironing facilities, in-room safe and patio. There's a restaurant, a bar, and a snack bar, so you won't have to go far to grab a bite. The staff was friendly and accommodating and even called to check that everything was okay with my room once I settled in.

I recently stayed at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in Chelsea for a couple of nights. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and plenty of pillows. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Fulham Broadway train station and close to many restaurants and pubs. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially considering I am disabled. Nothing was a problem for them, and their smiles were amazing. I had a really good stay.
