As a budget traveler, I appreciated the willingness of the staff to move me to another room when the first one became intolerable. The attention to detail in the bedrooms was also impressive, with convenient light switches, a comfortable armchair, and ample storage space. The staff, from the doorman and bellpeople to the maids and business center staff, provided excellent customer service. The waitstaff in the restaurant were good, and the breakfast was well-prepared and presented.

Felt welcomed, no complaints.

The Club Lounge experience at Lxr Hotels & Resorts was exceptional! Despite a delayed check-in, the attentive and friendly club lounge staff turned our impression of the hotel around. They offered us a comfortable place to wait and made our experience all the better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of major attractions. Complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was quite small and cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable. the noise level was also high, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel's location close to all shops, restaurants, and Bond Street tube was fantastic. I could easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant Mayfair neighborhood. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay special. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel provides top-notch luxury for its guests. the exclusive amenities and the special diet menus were amazing. the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and facilities. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink in the evening after a busy day. the location was also great, with easy access to local attractions.

The only minor issue was having to pay for wifi, which is something most hotels provide for free nowadays. the exceptional service from the staff made up for it.
