Staying here was a great experience! The location is perfect, just off a busy shopping street, and it's in a very good area. The staff is particularly outstanding with their help and hospitality. The room service, dry cleaning, and laundry were all excellent. The in-room amenities were also great, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the sitting area was very comfortable. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the television had great channels to choose from.

Our stay at Montcalm Marble Arch was wonderful. The location was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with the shower, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the well-equipped spa/pool area for relaxing after sightseeing. The staff were friendly and the location was quiet and close to the subway. The beds were extremely comfortable with quality bedding.

I spent my Easter weekend in a hotel that was decent, it had its perks, but I wouldn't recommend it. the staff was friendly and welcoming, they even gave us complimentary chips and drinks with our room. the location was great, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping center and a beautiful park nearby. they provided a handy phone which was very cool.

the cleanliness of the room was below average, there were crumbs on the floor when we checked-in, and the bathroom had some unclean surfaces. the breakfast was not good at all, the variety was limited, and the taste didn’t justify its price.
