The hotel’s location is quite convenient, as there is a disabled bay nearby and a bus stop to get to the underground at West Hounslow. Additionally, there are a few bars around. The rooms are modern and air-conditioned. However, the staff were unable to source us an accessible taxi to the airport.

The bar area was lively and had a cool vibe with some good music playing. the staff were friendly and offered complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near the airport with easy access to public transport, and the room had modern decor and was spacious.

Unfortunately the noise from the bar area could be heard in the room and made it difficult to sleep. the table in the bar area was dirty and the simple food service took an incredibly long time to be delivered to our table.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel near the airport and had a fantastic experience. I was able to relax in the comfortable and well-appointed room, complete with a sitting area and all the necessary amenities like tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden furniture, where I enjoyed some fresh air. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

For the price, the value we got at this hotel was exceptional. The room was immaculate, with a super comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and a much-needed AC. The hotel's location was also perfect for us, with bus stops right outside, and the staff were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to provide us with information and assistance.
