The room was clean and comfy, and I loved the soundproof windows that kept out the noise from the planes. The air conditioning worked great too, so I never felt too hot or too cold. I'd recommend this hotel for a good night's sleep.

The hotel’s location is quite convenient, as there is a disabled bay nearby and a bus stop to get to the underground at West Hounslow. Additionally, there are a few bars around. The rooms are modern and air-conditioned. However, the staff were unable to source us an accessible taxi to the airport.
