I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean atmosphere at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond, even surprising my mom with a birthday card and cake in her room. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. I can't wait to return and have already recommended the hotel to all my friends. As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the train station and the free parking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel had good acoustic separation between rooms, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and having a kettle and tea in the room was a nice touch. it was a great experience for us.

the location of the hotel was excellent, being conveniently situated near the train station. This made it easy for us to travel around and explore the area. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the guest ironing room and gym were great additional facilities. The lobby with ping pong and foosball provided entertainment during the stormy weather. Despite the drawbacks, the staff members we encountered were friendly and accommodating, particularly the gentleman who checked us out.

There were some major drawbacks during our stay. The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor, with hairs scattered everywhere and dirty cups left untouched.

The seating nook provided a cozy space to relax, and the curtains and comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The bar was a great spot to unwind, with friendly and attentive staff.
