The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive.

We had to wait over 20 minutes for our room to be ready, even though we were told it would be just a few minutes. The receptionist seemed indifferent to our frustration.

The service is impeccable, with helpful staff always available to assist with any needs.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location on a hill in a business district was perfect, making it walkable to parts of town. We appreciated the service room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, bell staff/porter. The room amenities were extensive including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The dining options were also superb with the dining restaurant, in-room breakfast, poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area. The staff were helpful and accommodating to our request for a room upgrade and late check-out thanks to our loyalty card. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try their services.

This hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities and spacious rooms with incredible bathrooms and endless storage space. The location on top of a hill overlooking the city provides stunning views, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast, which is included in the same prices, is great with nice Azuri tea and dessert.

fairmont exceeded my expectations with a spacious upgraded room, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. the comfortable bed, stunning city view, and delicious food made my short stay unforgettable. i would happily return for another wonderful experience.

the staff was attentive and well-trained, making sure my needs were fulfilled promptly. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center were exceptional and provided a relaxing experience. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes and the poolside snack bar was a nice touch.

the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well, but it was eventually fixed.

During my recent stay at Fairmont, I was blown away by the breathtaking views from my room. Being situated on the 26th floor, I felt like I was soaring above the city and the sea. The room itself was spacious and immaculate, with a wonderfully comfortable double bed. The breakfast at the VIP lounge on the 19th floor was a treat, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The freshly cooked benedict eggs prepared by the talented chef were a standout. Additionally, the hotel's SPA facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, and state-of-the-art gym were a great way to relax and stay active. I was particularly impressed by the fantastic selection of modern Tecnogym machines in the gym.

The complimentary drinks and room upgrade were a nice touch, and the view from the room was amazing. the location was perfect for exploring the city center as everything was within walking distance.

The housekeeping staff did not keep up with the standard of replenishing necessary items such as cups and glasses. the mini bar was not restocked daily, and there was no receipt provided to keep track of used items.
